Judith Perez is an advance practice registered nurse in the State of Texas, practicing Telehealth Medicine in the State of Texas. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing in 2004 from The University of Texas-Pan American and her Masters of Science Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2011 from the University of Texas-Pan American. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree in 2025 from The University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley. She is licensed the Texas State Board of Nursing and has prescriptive authority and DEA licensure in the State of Texas. She is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in family health and with collaboration from an MD and the Texas Medical Board.
